What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Dealership Technical Trainer position at G-TECH Services, Inc.?
Awesome opportunity for candidates with Automotive Service Technician experience (at least 3 years). There will 40% travel within the state. Must have valid driver's license and clean record as you will be driving a company car.
Reimbursement for college course and 15 paid holidays.
Provide live and virtual technical training to dealership technicians in the areas of diagnosis, service, and maintenance of all automotive systems.
Requirements
· Technical knowledge of automotive components and systems
· Demonstrated ability to work skillfully with highly technical diagnostic equipment, including: Scan Tools, Lab Scopes, DVOMs, Air Conditioning Recycling Equipment, Vibration Diagnostic Equipment, etc.
· Ability to interact effectively with various personality types
· Strong communication skills – written and verbal
· Ability to complete tasks with minimal direction, including self-guided study, to stay current with technology
· Familiarity and ease with office automation programs (Power Point, Excel, Word, etc.)
· Must have excellent time management and organizational skills
· A high school diploma is the requirement.
· Minimum of two years' experience as a technician
· Willingness to travel, as needed (up to 40%)
Work is performed in classroom, shop and office.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $34.00 - $36.90 per hour
