What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Engineering Coordinator position at G-TECH Services, Inc.?
Long term renewable contract. 4 days on site. Responsible for all build and test activities. Needs an understanding of powertrain.
· Manages build complexity and delivery from trans lab in the context of overall program timing. Management across programs.
· First interface for perspective for all programs and build phases.
· First responder for parts fitment, issues,
· Create and manage build book.
Requirements: **Onsite 4-5 days per week**
- Ability to interface with personnel at all levels in the company, from VP’s to assembly line personnel
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 1 years of experience in automotive (preferred in the product design release processes).
- Understanding of automotive powertrain.
- Knowledge of electronic bill of material systems, and CAD systems, preferably TeamCenter.
- Able to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite /365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Teams etc).
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation.
This position reports to the Global Chief Engineer for EDM. The selected Coordinator will regularly interface with key personnel on the vehicle program they are working on, including Chief Engineers, Family Managers, Program Managers, and others
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $39.00 - $41.93 per hour
