3-5 days on site in Auburn Hills, MI.
The Warranty Data Analyst is responsible to support the Warranty Data Analysis server, a Unix based application. Server support functions will include annual license update, maintenance of user logs, routine maintenance of server space. The position is to provide analysis in support of Key Performance indicators within the Technical Service Organization including the data extraction and analysis of claim data and key performance metrics. The Analyst position is expected to highlight trends within warranty claim data that can be input into quality and service organizations to assist in diagnosing and updating service information to assist dealers.
REQUIRED :
Bachelor's degree in information technology field or mathematics
- Experience in analytics and reporting ( minimum 2 years )
- Proficient in MS Office 365, SQL or other data query languages
- SAS, Unix, and PowerBI experience preferred or a plus
- Must be able to build presentations and deliver to groups
