IT Support Technician
Reporting to the IT Service Desk Lead, the IT Support Technician will join a team that is the first point of contact for all local and remote users at G&W Electric. They will provide technical support, advice, and assistance for requests as well as diagnose / troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues. Additionally, the IT Support Technician will work on IT projects as they relate to company priorities. This role is on site in our Bolingbrook location.
As an IT Support Technician you will :
- Support local and remote users via IT service desk ticketing system
- Provide user access and support to hardware including :
Desktop and laptop computers

Typical pay is $49,710 - 60,900 annually.
