Position Overview
Our Landscape Construction Foreman oversees and coordinates all aspects of landscape construction projects. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of landscape construction workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Plan and schedule project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate project execution.
- Coordinate with general contractors to discuss project requirements and progress.
- Maintain inventory of materials and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and delivery.
- Oversee site preparation, grading, and installation of landscape features, including plants, hardscapes, and irrigation systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during construction, making necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, timesheets, and expense reports.
- Train and mentor crewmembers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
