Inside Sales Representative
Position Summary:
Increase Used Parts sales and marketing initiatives through outbound and inbound customer and prospect calls while providing excellent customer service and problem solving for customers both internally and externally.
Essential Job Functions:
- Answer inbound sales calls
- Make outbound cold calls, qualify leads and develop Used Parts sales
- Process and complete sales orders within company policies and standards
- Complete shipping paperwork
- Provide sales support for all Inside and Outside Sales persons
- Document customer communications using the CRM by entering all customer communications, quotes, issues, potential leads for all business lines, lead sources, competitor information, etc.
- Develop an effective sales call routine and collaborate with outside sales team to help grow and support the Van Keppel territory
- Assist sales management team in improving the efficiency and accuracy of the sales process
- Assist in inventory control functions
- All other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
Position Qualifications:
- High School diploma/GED required, associates or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 18 years old
- 2 years of prior customer service experience required
- 2 years of prior sales experience required
- Strong computer and data entry skills using Microsoft software including Outlook and Excel
- 2 years of CRM and/or ERP experience preferred
- Construction Equipment industry experience, specifically with parts and service is desired but not required
