Shifts: 3rd shift: 11:00 p.m. - 7:15 a.m.

Job Overview:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Machine Operators/Packagers in our plastics manufacturing facility. In this role, you’ll be responsible for handling plastic parts as they come off the production line, performing quality checks, basic trimming, and packaging tasks. This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, physical stamina, and teamwork are key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remove plastic parts from machines or pick them up from conveyors.
- Trim edges or excess material as needed using hand tools.
- Wipe down and inspect parts for defects or imperfections.
- Construct boxes and prepare packaging materials.
- Label boxes accurately according to product and order specs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
In paint or finishing departments:
- Load parts onto machines for painting.
- Remove parts from machines after the painting cycle is complete.
- Ensure painted parts are handled carefully to avoid damage.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or packaging experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts and perform repetitive motions.
- Capable of lifting, bending, and handling parts safely.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
Physical Requirements:
- Stand and move for extended periods (8 hours).
