Job Title: General Labor – Bumper Assembly
Location: Sterling Heights,MI
Shift:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM – $15.50/hr
• 3rd Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM – $15.50/hr $1.50 shift premium

Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as General Laborers for Bumper Assembly. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling bumpers according to company standards. The job requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to work as part of a team, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble bumpers according to specifications and instructions.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and other machinery as needed for assembly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Package completed assemblies for shipment.
• Report any quality issues or defects to the supervisor.
• Work efficiently to meet production deadlines and goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Shift Details:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM (with $1.50 shift premium)
• Weekends and overtime may be required based on production needs.

Salary:

• 1st Shift: $15.50/hr
• 3rd Shift: $15.50/hr $1.50 shift premium

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with hand tools and basic machinery preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Must be able to work weekends and overtime as needed.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Salary : $16
