Job Title: Stamping/Fine blanking Operator – 3rd Shift
Pay: $17–$18/hr (Based on Experience)
Location: Roseville, MI
Shift: 3rd Shift (10 p.m. - 6 a.m. - Must be able to train on dayshift for 4-6 weeks)
Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Stamping/Fine blanking Operator (Fabricator) for our 3rd shift team in Roseville, MI. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You’ll be working directly on the shop floor, operating stamping and/or fine blanking equipment to fabricate high-quality metal parts. If you're mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and comfortable working overnight hours, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate stamping or fine blanking machines to fabricate, form, cut, or shape metal parts
- Load raw materials and monitor machinery during operation
- Perform regular quality checks using gauges and visual inspection
- Ensure clean, accurate edges and tight tolerances in finished parts
- Follow safety procedures and report equipment issues or hazards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Previous experience with metal stamping, fine blanking, or press operation preferred
- Basic understanding of measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work 3rd shift hours
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
