G10 Law APLC, an AV-Rated boutique law firm specializing in real estate, land use, business, and lending law, is seeking a full-time Senior Associate Attorney to join our team. This role involves a mix of litigation and transactional matters, offering a dynamic and engaging professional experience. Located in North County, San Diego, we provide a supportive yet challenging work environment designed to foster growth and development for motivated professionals looking to advance their legal careers.

Responsibilities :

Drafting of litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, written discovery and / or other court related documents;
Legal research and analysis;
Court appearances and depositions;
Provide communication, analysis and status updates both internally and to clients;
Drafting and negotiating transactional documents;
Generally assist shareholders as needed on legal matters.

Requirements :

Licensed to practice law in California;

Minimum of eight (8) years of experience as an attorney, preferably handling litigation, real estate, land use, or general business matters;

Professional demeanor, dress and speech essential;

Strong work ethic with the ability to manage tasks independently and cooperatively, working with multiple attorneys and paralegals;

Must have excellent writing, editing, analytical and communication skills;

Knowledge and prior use of Lexis Nexis and / or Westlaw Edge a plus;

Excellent working experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel); and

Exceptional critical thinking, organizational and follow-up skills with an attention to detail.
