Passenger Assistance Agent
$10.50 per hours plus tips. Tipped Position.
Job Summary
Passenger Assistance Agents provide extraordinary customer service to airline passengers who may require special assistance during airline travel, including disabled passengers, unaccompanied minors or passengers desiring wheelchair assistance for comfort. Provide assistance, information and customer service as requested to arriving, transferring or departing passengers. Safely transport passengers by providing walking assistance or wheelchair service as requested. Assist passengers with baggage as needed and coordinate with airline gate agents, dispatchers and management to ensure a safe and satisfactory travel experience. Strictly adhere to all safety and regulatory compliance procedures. No prior experience necessary.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to read, speak and understand English
- Capable of lifting, holding or carrying up to 75 pounds repetitively
- Attention to detail and a service oriented attitude
- Pass an extensive post-offer pre-employment drug test, background check and criminal history record check required to obtain access to airport security identification display areas (SIDA)
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays to serve airline passengers
- Previous customer service experience preferred
