Wheelchair Agent- MKE Airport

G2 Secure Staff is expanding and looking to add to the Passenger Assistant Agent operations in Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (_MKE_). This position is also known as Wheelchair Agent.

Title: Passenger Assistant Agent

Pay Rate: $11.00 per hour

Shift: Evening

The Passenger Assistant Agent is responsible for meeting inbound and outbound flights to provide services for wheelchair passenger.

What does a Passenger Assistant Agent do?

• Meet passengers to push in wheelchair to gate or exit door
• Assist passenger to sit in aisle chair at gate
• Provide exceptional customer service at all time
• Actively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS)
• Ensure all wheelchairs are accounted for at end of shift

What skills are required to Join the Team?

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able walk, stand, bending, lift for extended periods
• Must submit to and pass a drug screen and background check
• Must meet all requirements to obtain an airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable), including successfully completing a background check and ten-year work history.
• All applicants must consent to and pass a drug test as part of a conditional job offer. -Required
• Must have a reliable mode of communication and transportation

Language Skills:

• Ability to communicate effectively in the English language
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals, and employee handbooks
• Ability to effectively present information, including in written form, and respond to questions from passengers, managers, clients, customers, and the public
• Must also possess and utilize effective listening skills
