Mid-Level Program Analyst

G2 Software has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level Program Analyst to join our team in San Diego, CA.

Why This Role is Exciting:

This position involves working with DoD Program Office Directors and Product Support Managers, platform reps, and fleet users. This role will work directly with the team to increase fleet operational readiness while reducing cost utilizing a performance to plan approach coupled with advanced analytics.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide project management for a team of 10 personnel to increase fleet readiness via involvement with Organizational-Level Operations (squadrons), Intermediate-Level Maintenance, Supply Support, and terminal design for reliability and sustainability.
• Assist Fleet Sustainment Lead in planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects/deliverables.
• Review of processes and methods to achieve effective results.
• Assist in travel coordination for team members to/from military shore and ship-based sites both within the US and internationally.
• Assist in the development of status briefs.

What You ll Need:

• Bachelor s Degree from an accredited university; preferably in a technical area
• Four (4) or more years of technical and/or technical project management experience
• Ability to effectively communicate in both oral and written forms at all levels of the organization and at similar levels outside the organization
• Microsoft Office Suite Experience Proficient with Word, Excel, SharePoint, OneNote, and PowerPoint
• Familiar with Microsoft Project
• Strong Organizational skills
• ship and either currently hold or have the ability to obtain Secret Clearance

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to navigate each department at the assigned facility.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in vibrant San Diego, CA, where you ll work side by side with the team and our clients to achieve mission success. Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation range for this position in California is $85,000/year to $100,000/year, depending on your expertise, market location conditions, and government contract specifics.
