We are looking to hire a summer intern to assist with recruiting HR and operations for our Atlantabased firm. This is a remote position so you must be selfdriven with an excellent phone presence. Must be located on the East Coast in the US and not require any sponsorship.
Description
- Contact candidates and conduct initial phone screen to match their skills to open jobs
- Update the team daily and weekly on status of positions and candidates progress
- Assist with job postings and reviewing candidates
- Assist with onboarding candidates with ADP as needed
- Assist with gathering / processing timesheets
- Creating invoices for clients
- Assist with writing gathering information and reading business proposals
- Reading and identifying grant proposals
- Create marketing materials using Canva photoshop and other tools
- Create social media posts to include TikTok Instagram Facebook and LinkedIn
- Assist with other tasks as needed
Required
This is a fully remote position. You must have a phone & computer. The monthly pay for this role range from $1160$1600 / month.
