We are hiring for an Atlanta based Staff IAM Engineer with Okta administration experience. This role is a hybrid role and will require weekly onsite visits into the Atlanta office.
Overview
We are seeking a skilled Staff Engineer Identity & Access Management to manage and deliver global services with a primary focus on Okta Administration preferably with previous CIAM implementation experience. In this role you will manage and secure our IT systems including identity and access management (IAM) email filtering and privilege access management. You will work closely with other IT professionals to protect our systems from internal and external threats. Your responsibilities will range from managing daytoday operations implementing best practices and introducing enhancements to leverage the latest features and provide an excellent experience for employees.
We are looking for a Staff Engineer to help drive our identity transformation. You should possess excellent communication skills and a proactive handson approach to ensure efficient and secure system governance. Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities are essential for success in this role. Reporting to the Director of Global Infrastructure you will play a key role in supporting and advancing our infrastructure.
Essential Job Functions :
- Okta Administration Serve as the primary point of contact for managing the Okta platform including setting up new integrations ensuring optimal performance and configuring security settings. Develop scripts using Python PowerShell or other scripting languages to automate tasks and optimize the Okta platform.
- Identity & Access Management (IAM) Design and implement IAM solutions conduct audits and assessments manage workflows and processes collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Infrastructure Support Provide technical support for infrastructure design determining which storage and computing resources are onpremises versus in the cloud. Manage SSL certificates and maintain related systems.
- Communication and Collaboration Act as a technical liaison between operations teams engineers and architects. Provide critical operational insights into upcoming implementations and strategies to ensure ongoing supportability.
