Are you skilled in CNC machine operation? Join our team as a Machine Operator & Shop Assistant, where you will play a key role in our production process. We are looking for swing shift 1pm - 11pm. Monday thru Thursday.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain 3-axis and 5-axis routers efficiently and safely to produce high-quality parts.
- Set up machines for routing processes, including tooling setup and adjustments.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure parts meet quality standards and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of thermoform equipment.
- Conduct final assembly of parts and products as needed.
- Assist with CNC machine operation and other shop duties as required for production.
- Package and label finished goods for shipment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
Requirements:
- Strong background in CNC routing operation and setup.
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on machines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts.
- Flexibility to adapt to various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
