Quality Assurance Specialist

G3 Aerospace, LLC is seeking a skilled Aerospace Quality Control Manager to join our team. As a critical member of our manufacturing process, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in aerospace production.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and control, with experience in developing and implementing quality control systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, analyze data, and implement corrective actions that align with industry regulations and AS9100 compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain quality control systems to ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for nonconformances and process deviations.
• Perform and oversee inspections of materials, components, and finished products, ensuring adherence to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Lead first article inspections (FAI) per AS9102 standards and support audits to maintain compliance with ISO and AS9100 requirements.
• Analyze quality data, generate reports, and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or manufacturing process improvement, preferably in the aerospace industry.
• Strong understanding of quality control standards, AS9100, ISO 9001, and regulatory compliance requirements.
