Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement quality control systems, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for nonconformances and process deviations. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, analyze data, and implement corrective actions that align with industry regulations and AS9100 compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain quality control systems to ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for nonconformances and process deviations.
- Perform and oversee inspections of materials, components, and finished products, ensuring adherence to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Lead first article inspections (FAI) per AS9102 standards and support audits to maintain compliance with ISO and AS9100 requirements.
- Analyze quality data, generate reports, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
