This role will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring accurate order entry, and facilitating communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned customers, providing professional and efficient customer interactions.
- Establish relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and facilitating communication flow with internal departments.
- Understand, document, and communicate customer requirements, including quantity, quality, schedule, and delivery.
- Participate in development of customer rates, project budgets, and timelines, ensuring completion within agreed-upon budgets and timeframes.
- Prepare accurate and timely estimates for jobs and rework charges, communicating prices to customers and sales teams.
- Schedule jobs to ensure on-time deliveries and maximum production efficiencies, analyzing issues related to missed production schedules.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring product delivery, accurate invoicing, and timely resolution of issues.
- Communicate updates to customer orders as needed, reviewing all costs associated with suppliers and/or customer orders.
- Manage communication with sales and operations teams across the division, ensuring all parties are up-to-date on order and project status.
- Develop, manage, and disseminate reports and metrics to customers and suppliers as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus 4 years of customer service, account management, logistics, sales, and/or operations experience, or 8 years of relevant experience with high school diploma or equivalent.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Software.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to maintain professional and cooperative relationships with internal and external customers.
- Experience performing under heavy demands with low error ratio, detail-oriented tasks, and recognizing and correcting discrepancies.

This position includes a competitive benefits package, including hourly rate $36.11 - $45.14, actual compensation amount paid may be lower or higher based on education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
