Job description
Office Coordinator responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Coordinating counts and inputting them into computer, in relation to processing packing labels, weights, counts, etc.
- Provide administrative support to management staff
- Distribute information to staff as directed
- Process purchase orders and maintain files
- Maintain and request petty cash
- Maintain operating records and files
- Generate/type correspondence
- Special projects
- Order new hire packs and forms from Corporate
- Distribute shoes and other incentives
- Distribute benefits information
- Maintain safety committee notes
- Process new hire paperwork for drug screening, DOT physicals and other as applicable
- Other duties assigned by management
Office Coordinator qualifications:
- Computer knowledge: Windows environment, MS Office Applications; Experience with Microsoft NAV A
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to meet employer's attendance and live by the company's creed, values and mission.
