Business Analyst

We're seeking a talented Business Analyst to drive data-based decision-making and operational efficiency. In this role, you'll collaborate with operations, distribution, planning, finance and accounting to analyze data, create actionable insights, and develop tools and dashboards that enhance agility and strategic alignment across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with operations, distribution, planning, finance and accounting to identify opportunities and define problems, developing analysis plans.
• Organize, clean, and reconcile large datasets from multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights and KPIs for performance tracking. - Including Finance Dashboards
• Conduct deep-dive analysis of datasets to identify trends and drive operational/distribution/inventory improvements.
• Track industry trends and technological advancements to enhance BI functions.
• Map end-to-end processes to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements, particularly in the supply chain.
• Support distribution operations with data-driven analysis and cost-effective solutions.
• Use SQL or similar tools to extract data and create visually compelling dashboards.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Contribute to strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting with data-driven insights
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; master's degree or certification in Business Analysis is a plus
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role with a track record in quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on interpreting data and deriving actionable conclusions
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and effective collaboration
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
  
  

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

Physical Demands:
This is largely a desk-bound role with typical office noise. Daily activities include frequent sitting, standing, and walking, with some bending and filing required (less than 10% of the time). The ability to lift files (less than 10 lbs.) and open filing cabinets is necessary. Over two-thirds of the time involves seeing, sitting, using hands to handle/feel, talking, or hearing.

Position Type:
Full-time, Non-exempt position, 100% on-site, based at corporate headquarters.
