Scheduling Job Description:
Nephrology practice seeking a candidate for medical office scheduling representative . This is a full-time position. Billingual is a plus.
By being the front line representative for office, this candidate will greet patients on phone, schedule appointments; assist the physicians, and ensure the efficient scheduling of provider schedules.
Job Duties:
-Speak with and schedule patients on the phone for the appointments.
-Ability to use the EMR system in place to complete the following:
- Schedule patients for office appointments and lab appointments
- Upload patient paperwork when needed
-Ability to work well with a team
-Facilitates communication between front and back office.
-Maintains patient accounts by updating personal and financial information.
