Employment Type: Full time Shift: Night Shift Description: CT TECH Fulltime St Mary's Hospital, Athens, GA Performs diagnostic exams consistent with quality CT Imaging. Fulltime, 3rd shift Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8P-6A Position Purpose: CT Technologist to work in the Radiology Department performing CT exams on Third shift: 8pm to 6am. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. What you will do: Under the direction of a Radiologist, performs CT procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiographic diagnosis. Perform routine CT scans on pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, and trauma patients. Assist the radiologist in special procedures such as biopsies, drain tube placements, injections, and markings.
