Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: This is a Lead Phlebotomist position with previous leadership experience. Must have been in a previous phlebotomist lead position. High School Diploma or equivalent required. No previous experience required, but previous experience in phlebotomy techniques preferred. Responsible for obtaining quality blood specimens by venipuncture and microtechniques with the least possible discomfort. The phlebotomist serves as the laboratory’s representative to the patient and must deliver care in a positive and caring manner.
