We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Mechanical Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and testing of electrical and mechanical components used in aviation systems. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. This position is located in Miami, Florida.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough inspections and diagnostics on electrical and mechanical components.
- Conduct repairs and overhauls on a variety of aviation components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and identify issues with electrical and mechanical systems, utilizing technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement effective repair and maintenance procedures.
- Test and validate repaired components to ensure they meet performance and safety standards.
- Document all work performed, including detailed reports on inspections, repairs, and testing.
- Stay current with industry advancements and technological changes in aviation systems.
- While performing the job, the employee may be required to bend, squat, sit, stand, walk, and handle objects. The employee is occasionally required to push/pull, stack, reach above shoulder level or carry light-weight materials.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Electrical Mechanical Technician in the aviation industry.
- Associate's degree or equivalent technical training in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Experience with Voltmeters, Oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzer Function Generators.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues.
- Familiarity with aviation regulations, safety standards, and quality control processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
