Your Role: A Strategic Partner & Organizer
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO & Vice President, you’ll be the right hand to our leadership team—keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring they can focus on advancing our mission. You’ll be responsible for everything from managing high-level schedules to coordinating board meetings and handling confidential communications.
What You’ll Achieve:
- Master the Calendar: Proactively manage schedules, appointments, and travel logistics to ensure the CEO and VP stay on track.
- Streamline Communications: Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing emails, correspondence, and follow-ups.
- Support the Board of Directors: Coordinate board meetings, prepare materials, take minutes, and track action items.
- Handle Critical Documents: Draft, edit, and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence to support decision-making.
- Plan & Execute Events: Assist with leadership meetings, fundraisers, and strategic initiatives that drive our mission forward.
- Keep Operations Running: Manage expense reports, invoices, and administrative processes efficiently.
- Solve Problems Before They Happen: Anticipate leadership needs and take proactive steps to address challenges before they arise.
