Your Role: A Strategic Partner & Organizer
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO & Vice President, you’ll be the right hand to our leadership team—keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring they can focus on advancing our mission. You’ll be responsible for everything from managing high-level schedules to coordinating board meetings and handling confidential communications.

What You’ll Achieve:
  • Master the Calendar: Proactively manage schedules, appointments, and travel logistics to ensure the CEO and VP stay on track.
  • Streamline Communications: Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing emails, correspondence, and follow-ups.
  • Support the Board of Directors: Coordinate board meetings, prepare materials, take minutes, and track action items.
  • Handle Critical Documents: Draft, edit, and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence to support decision-making.
  • Plan & Execute Events: Assist with leadership meetings, fundraisers, and strategic initiatives that drive our mission forward.
  • Keep Operations Running: Manage expense reports, invoices, and administrative processes efficiently.
  • Solve Problems Before They Happen: Anticipate leadership needs and take proactive steps to address challenges before they arise.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Mission-Driven Mindset: You are passionate about the nonprofit sector and the impact of human services.
  • Top-Notch Organization Skills: You thrive in fast-paced environments and can juggle multiple priorities with ease.
  • Strong Communication Abilities: Whether it’s drafting an email, preparing a presentation, or interacting with board members, you communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Discretion & Confidentiality: You handle sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: You’re comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools—and quick to learn new systems.
  • Proactive & Solutions-Oriented: You anticipate needs before they arise and find creative ways to solve problems.
  • Reliable & Committed: You hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation. You understand how to balance the needs of a demanding role with a life you love outside of work.
What You Can Expect:
  • An Opportunity to Make a Difference: Your work directly supports leadership efforts that improve lives.
  • A Collaborative & Supportive Team: Work alongside passionate professionals who care about their work and each other.
  • A Role That Matters: Your contributions will help drive the strategic vision of the organization and enhance our impact.
  • Competitive Salary & Benefits: Enjoy a compensation package that recognizes your skills and dedication.
Who You’ll Support:
