- $109,320 average annual salary with top 10% earning $133,638!

- 100% touch freight
- Hand unload cargo using rollers and ensuring proper handling of freight
- Average 2-4 loads with 3-4 stops per load
- Both day and night runs with no set shift and varying days off
- Work with dispatchers and other team members to schedule deliveries
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
- Maintain accurate driving logs for hours of service, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Company provided equipment five years old or newer
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations as well as company policies
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Class A CDL
- First seat experience
- At least 21 years of age
- Clean MVR
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to unload goods manually
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Stable employment history
- No drug related convictions in the past 5 years
- Ability to pass preemployment screening and background checks
- Must have safe, authorized place to park the truck if you live more than 50 miles away from Ridgefield, WA
- Must live within 75 miles of Salt Lake City, UT, Boise, ID, Seattle, WA, Portland, OR, or Richland, WA
