ShipSage, Inc. (Smart Warehousing Meets Tailored Fulfillment) an e-commerce company, is currently located in Tracy, CA. We are open 6 days a week, Sunday through Friday from 6AM to 9:30PM.
This shift will be from Sunday - Thursday - 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Positions are full time with occasional OT. We are looking for a warehouse experienced team member to perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. Ideal candidates will be hard working, punctual, dependable, self-motivated, detail oriented, and flexible. Starting pay is up to $19.50/hour.

Job Responsibility:
- Generate orders and print shipping labels using existing system.
- Pick/Pack/Ship orders with accuracy.
- Operating Cherry Picker.
- Operate forklifts, Turret truck.
- Receive and Stock Shipments.
- Assist with Cycle Counts.
- Transport picked materials to pack station for shipping.
- Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.
- Adhere to and comply with company standards and procedures.
- Meet or exceed company standards on attendance, punctuality, conduct, safety, and security.
- Other work duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 3 years of warehouse experience is required.
- 2 years of experience with shipping, receiving and inventory knowledge.
- Must have experience with cherry picker.
- Proven experience as forklift operator and forklift certified is preferred.
- Must be detail-oriented and have experience using computer and internet.
- Familiar with Auto Parts is a plus.
- Able to work weekends (Saturdays) as required.
- Team player orientated.
- Ability to lift, pull or push up to 50lbs.
- Good communication, organizational, time management mathematical skills.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Note: Applicant would need to pass the background check in order to be hired for the role
Sign-in bonus: new contractors/employees will be eligible for a $500 sign-in bonus under condition of successful service for 60 days with the company and minimum of 200 hours serviced.
