What You'll Do
Gabb’s Growth team is looking for an organized and eager to learn Junior Affiliate Operations Specialist. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in managing affiliate programs, media buying, partner relations, and campaign optimization. This position is perfect for individuals eager to dive into the dynamic world of digital marketing and develop essential skills that will set the foundation for a successful career. Day-to-day responsibilities can include:
> Assist in the planning and execution of media buying strategies across digital platforms.
> Support the onboarding process for new affiliate partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration.
> Communicate with affiliates to foster strong relationships and optimize performance.
> Analyze campaign performance data to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
> Coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing assets required for campaigns.
> Attend affiliate conferences across the US to build upon existing relationships and net new partnerships.
What You’ll Bring
> Passion or interest in a career in Marketing and/or Growth
> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
> Proven experience building relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors and partners.
> Highly organized with strong attention to detail to manage complex projects and multitask.
> Have a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
