Merchandise Lead

This is a Part Time Leadership Position
- Open availability to work a flexible schedule including mornings with 7am start time, some evenings, weekends. and occasion overnight when necessary
- Visual merchandising experience
- Works with a sense of urgency and strives to meet deadlines.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, move products, and stand for extended times.
- Follow company work processes to receive, unpack boxes, stock merchandise and place on sales floor.
- Train direct reports on recovery standards and sales floor cleanliness expectations.
- Implement price tag integrity ensuring all merchandise has price tags as well as participating in weekly markdown execution.
