Merchandise Lead

This is a Part Time Leadership Position
- Open availability to work a flexible schedule based on department/store needs including early mornings, evenings, weekends. and occasion overnights when necessary
- Proven experience with visual merchandising or related field within a retail environment (preferred)
- Previous experience with cash register operations (preferred)
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Works with a sense of urgency and strives to meet deadlines.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, move products, and stand for extended times.
- Follow company work processes to receive, unpack boxes, stock merchandise, and build merchandise floor displays. strong drive aisle presentations, and endcap arrangements.
- Ability to coach, and train store associates on customer service programs, merchandise/recovery standards and sales floor cleanliness expectations.
- Implement price tag integrity ensuring all merchandise has price tags as well as participating in weekly markdown execution.
