Sales Representative responsible for selling flat roll carbon steel productsand addressing client inquiries and concerns in designated accounts orregion(s). This position will play a key role in developing and implementingsales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strongrelationships with clients and industry stakeholders. This role has aflexibility to be based out of any state.Salary : $65,000-$75,000 Commission 12% 401K [ should make 6 Figures ]Territory - Texas & Region
- EDUCATIONEXPERIENCE :
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred; or Minimum Three (3) Years Field SalesExperience; or Equivalent Combination of Education and Experience
- Sales Experience in Manufacturing Industry Required
- Steel Sales Experience Required
- QUALIFICATIONS :
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, building clientrelationships, and closing deals.
- Exercise strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure withtight deadlines and budget.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with abilityto persuade and influence others.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multipleprojects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel 75% within USA to meet with clients, attend industryevents and work a flexible schedule with significant localovernight travel.
- Possess standard reading, writing, math skills
- Knowledge of the steel products or manufacturing industry
- Basic knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques with emphasison post-sale customer service
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and provide positive,trustworthy company image to public
- Possess proficient reasoning ability to define problems, collect data,establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to facilitate sales objectives
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- RESPOSIBILITIES
- Locates new customers through phone calls, personal visits, internetresearch, networking, and business publications to continually increase salesand expand customer base.
- Develops and delivers sales presentations in a professional, effectivemanner by maintaining up-to-date awareness of company activities, industrytrends, and government regulations.
- Prepares quotes and contracts for potential customers and maintains allquote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations.
- Maintains all sales demonstration tools and applications.
- Ensures that customers’ orders are processed accurately and regularlymonitors customer need to facilitate continuous
- availability.
- Provides post-sale customer service as needed to maintain good customerrelations and increase sales.
- Shares any information that may benefit others in company.
