- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 15 years of progressive experience in HR leadership, including at least 5 years in a senior executive position within Public Accounting, Law Firms, or Wealth Management Offices.
- Strong business acumen with proven strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated history of leading high-performing HR teams.
- Proven track record in developing and executing HR programs that drive employee engagement, performance, and retention.
- Expertise in aligning HR strategies with organizational goals and business objectives.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in managing HR budgets and financial planning.
- Expertise in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and partnering with senior leadership to meet organizational talent needs.
- Experience in leading HR technology and data analytics initiatives to enhance HR operations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s vision, mission, and goals.
- Lead the HR team to establish best practices, policies, and procedures supporting talent management, employee relations, and overall HR functions.
- Oversee the design and execution of employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, career development, and rewards.
