Job Title: Process Safety & Compliance Coordinator
Location: Sidney, OH area (Local candidates only – no relocation or sponsorship)
Salary: $70,000–$90,000 annual increases bonus potential

What You’ll Do:
- Support PSM compliance and safety initiatives
- Collaborate with operations and maintenance to reduce risk
- Help manage training, systems, and documentation
- Grow into a subject matter expert in PSM
What You’ll Need:
- 3–5 years’ experience in EHS, operations, or process / plant engineering, where safety and compliance were part of your day to day.
- Associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience
- Familiarity with OSHA, EPA RMP, and core PSM elements (PHA, MOC, PSSR, investigations)
- Strong communication, initiative, and cultural fit
- Ability to travel to customer sites as needed
Bonus: NH3 refrigeration or PSM-specific experience
