- Design and develop electrical systems and components for various applications.
- Utilize Surface Mount Technology (SMT) for PCB assembly and soldering processes.
- Conduct debugging and troubleshooting of electrical systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Create detailed designs using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and MicroStation.
- Implement Vision Inspection Systems to ensure quality control in production.
- Work with FPGA technology for programmable logic design.
- Collaborate with team members on system architecture and integration using SystemVerilog.
- Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and project plans.
- Participate in design reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers.
- 7-10 years in electrical engineering with a focus on PCB design and development.
- Experience with circuit board layout on analog and mixed signal boards
- Experience with new production build and modification of electronic products to manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and soldering techniques.
- Strong knowledge of SolidWorks, 3D CAD, MicroStation, FPGA design, and debugging processes.(sheet metal, plastic, cable)
- Familiarity with Vision Inspection Systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-engineers.
