- Oversee operations across multiple lines during the evening shift, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Manage four shift supervisors and a team of 90–100 employees, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
- Collaborate with the first shift team during the transition to establish priorities and address any challenges.
- Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)—including output, waste, and labor hours—and implement necessary adjustments to optimize operations.
- Coordinate with warehouse and quality assurance (QA) teams to ensure product integrity and schedule adherence.
- Lead performance reviews and daily huddles to cultivate a team culture based on accountability, trust, and results.
- Utilize ERP systems and reporting tools to monitor labor efficiency, downtime, and materials usage.
- Ensure audit readiness and compliance with all food safety and workplace regulations.
- A BS/BA degree is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience managing production teams, ideally in a fast-paced or food manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to lead multi-line operations with large hourly teams.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a leadership style that excels under pressure.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to coach and mentor team members, make data-driven decisions, and maintain smooth, responsive operations.
- Full schedule: 3 PM – 11 PM
- Strong cross-functional support from quality, logistics, and leadership teams.
- A well-structured plant with established safety and compliance procedures.
- Preference for local candidates; relocation may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
