The Operations Manager will be responsible for the Machining and Finishing department and will drive operational performance through planning, organizing, and directing of the production departments assigned. The position involves supervision of production supervisors and production staff over 3 shifts.
This individual would have specific experience in operating a CNC Machining center and in automation implementation. Daily work aligns with the company’s operating principles of safety, leadership, accountability, excellence, trust, teamwork, communications, and environment. Job responsibilities will be discussed to interested and qualified candidates.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree – Engineering preferred (mechanical, industrial, manufacturing)
- 5 years of machining experience.
- 5 years of strong leadership experience.
- Experience in lean manufacturing.
- Experience in automation implementation and utilization
- Experience in building and leading teams through proper delegation.
- Strong initiative and sense of urgency to get things done.
- Ability for problem solving and negotiating.
- Ability to resolve employee issues professionally.
- Demonstrates strong abilities in troubleshooting skills.
