Key Responsibilities
- Design and document standardized work methods and procedures for various utility operations.
- Assess current processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and safety enhancements.
- Partner with field operations teams to ensure successful implementation of new work methods.
- Facilitate training sessions for employees on updated work procedures.
- Monitor adherence to established work methods and suggest corrective actions when needed.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and regulatory standards to drive compliance and innovation.
- Collect and evaluate data to measure the effectiveness of work processes and recommend improvements.
- Create reports and presentations to communicate initiatives and outcomes to management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Seven (7 ) years of relevant work experience required, with at least three years in utility operations or a related field strongly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in software tools for data analysis and process documentation.
- Solid knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Skilled in facilitating meetings and delivering impactful presentations.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Proven ability to write clear and effective technical documentation.
