Are you a Process Improvement Manager with a strong background in Engineering, Process Improvement, and/or R&D, and specialized knowledge in setting up equipment for polyurethane production. This is a unique opportunity for an individual who is passionate about developing, implementing, and optimizing new technologies in a dynamic production environment.

- Serve as the subject matter expert in the implementation of new technologies, ensuring smooth integration into production operations.
- Validate process capabilities, troubleshooting and resolving any production quality or efficiency issues.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, production, quality control, and safety, to enhance process performance.
- Provide troubleshooting and support during the installation, validation, and optimization of new equipment on the production line.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in the polymer processing industry (preferred).
- Expertise in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and statistical analysis is highly desirable.
- Strong technical writing and communication skills to effectively document processes and share insights.
- Occasional domestic and potential international travel.
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
