My client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Scientist to oversee bioanalytical projects in a GLP/GCLP-regulated environment. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex method validation studies, mentor laboratory staff, and drive innovation in bioanalytical research.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead Complex Bioanalytical Projects – Oversee method validation studies while ensuring full GLP/GCLP compliance and proper documentation.
🔹 Provide Technical Oversight & Mentorship – Train, guide, and manage laboratory staff, fostering professional development and performance excellence.
🔹 Client & Stakeholder Management – Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients, defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
🔹 Drive Continuous Improvement – Optimize laboratory processes and implement departmental strategies to enhance efficiency.
🔹 Ensure Data Integrity & Quality Standards – Review and approve analytical data, technical reports, and regulatory documentation.
Qualifications & Experience:
✅ PhD in Biology, Chemistry, or related discipline (or BS/MS with additional experience).
✅ 6 years of progressive experience in bioanalytical testing, specializing in immunoassays and ligand-binding assays.
✅ 2 years of supervisory experience, demonstrating effective team leadership and performance management.
✅ Proven expertise in GLP/GCLP-regulated environments with hands-on experience in method validation.
✅ Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to manage high-complexity, high-throughput lab operations.
✅ Project management proficiency with the ability to oversee multiple concurrent studies.
✅ Exceptional technical writing, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
