Our client, a growing manufacturer of high-power RF amplifier systems, seeks an experienced Vice President of Operations to drive operational excellence. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll lead production, supply chain, and process improvement efforts in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize operations, focusing on production, supply chain, and continuous improvement.
• Build and expand the operations team, starting with direct oversight of the Production Manager.
• Be a hands-on leader, present on the production floor.
• Collaborate with the CEO to execute strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with military specifications and quality standards.
• Hire, develop, and manage high-performing teams.
  
  

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience: 7 years of operations leadership in small to mid-sized companies (<$20M revenue). Large company experience is a plus.

Industry Knowledge: Military RF amplifiers, high-power solid-state systems, or related technology.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (required).

Attributes:

• Proactive, decisive, and detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong presence on the production floor, capable of leading change initiatives.
• Knowledge of military specifications is essential.
• Multilingual skills (Spanish, Russian, Hebrew, or Polish) are a plus.
