What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Generalist position at Gabor Design Build?
The HR Generalist position will play a key role in the success of the organization by incorporating best practices in developing, implementing and executing on recruitment, hiring, compensation, employee onboarding, terminations, performance management and employee relations. Manage policy administration, regulatory compliance, employee development and facilitate employee relations and positive relationship between all employees. Additional responsibilities for miscellaneous administration tasks as required. S/he must be a self-starter, highly organized with the ability to work individually and collaboratively. S/he will communicate a continuous improvement and growth mindset and possess strong ability to interface with and successfully influence others.
