Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled RN or LPN to join our healthcare team.
Male client (5yrs) with developmental delay, constipation, chronic respiratory failure, airway clearance impairment, mesocardiac, and intractable epilepsy s/p VNS placement. He is nonverbal, non ambulatory, and incontinent. He is NPO and has a GJ-Tube for feedings and medications. He also has a trach, and vent.
Need a nurse 2-3 X week, 9hrs

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including catheterization, tube feeding, and IV infusion as needed.
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans for patients.
Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Proficient in patient care and assessment
- Knowledge of EHR systems and HIPAA regulations
- CPR
- Familiarity with following care plans and nursing procedures
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $34.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
