Job Summary
Instructional aides are an integral part of Gabriella Charter School's academic program. The primary role of Instructional Aides is to provide individual and small group instruction under the supervision of our skilled and experienced teaching staff. Instructional Aides work together with teachers to monitor student progress, remediate for struggling students, extend lessons for advanced students, and maintain a safe and nurturing learning environment in the classroom. In addition, Instructional Aides play a vital role in reinforcing the school's culture and expectations through student supervision before school, at recess, and at lunch, and help build relationships with parents by providing translation.
