- Serves as the primary point of contact for e-commerce stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
- Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with marketplace platforms, vendor accounts, and internal cross-functional teams.
- Develops and implements growth strategies to drive incremental revenue and profitability, leveraging data-driven insights and market trends.
- Optimizes current e-commerce accounts to minimize costs associated with damages, returns, buyer remorse, and carrier inefficiencies.
- Collaborates with IT, Operations, and Category Management teams to enhance back-end operations, ensuring seamless integration of new items and ongoing maintenance.
- Utilizes automation tools and workflow optimization strategies to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
- Establishes and maintains performance dashboards to monitor sales, margin trends, product data accuracy, and overall channel health.
- Ensures compliance with Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies across all e-commerce channels.
- Conducts competitive benchmarking and industry research to recommend best-in-class practices for e-commerce channel management.
- Identifies and capitalizes on emerging trends, tools, and technologies to enhance online customer engagement and improve channel performance.
- Collaborates with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that minimize channel conflicts while maximizing visibility and revenue.
- Maintains the integrity of product data within the Product Information Management (PIM) system to ensure accurate representation across all e-commerce channels.
- Expedites the launch of new products on Pure Play accounts by streamlining workflows and reducing lead times.
- Delivers data-driven recommendations to improve assortment and identify gaps in product offerings.
- Periodically travel as required to attend industry events, vendor meetings, or training sessions.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent working experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency with analytic tools and technologies, with experience in forecasting and trend identification.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Understanding of merchandising standards and best practices to maximize exposure and positioning within the marketplace.
- Ability to communicate effectively cross-functionally with other departments.
