What You Do
- Ensure retail stores follow inventory controls and processes.
- Schedule and complete monthly and quarterly cycle counts with Store Managers.
- Conduct one in-person cycle count each month at a focus store and a non-focus store.
- Partner with stakeholders to address accessory and inventory needs.
- Create reports using Excel and SQL to manage inventory levels compliance.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with carriers to ensure performance standards.
- Work with leadership to develop tools for inventory protection.
- Analyzing logistics operations and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and ensure service levels are met.
- Conduct two monthly delivery inspections to ensure SOP compliance.
- Assist as backup for Store Support representatives as needed.
- Perform other assigned duties.
What You Bring
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management, retail operations, or supply chain.
- Proficient in creating Excel reports and analyzing data efficiently.
- Advanced computer skills required, including ERP experience; Syspro preferred; familiarity with ECAT and other relevant software is a plus.
