- Maintains showroom standards.
- Opens and closes the showroom.
- Assists and answers questions of designers.
- Conducts outreach to new and existing designers.
- Maintains constant communication with the showroom manager.
- Sells the unique finds and antiques in the showroom and arranges for customer pickup of product.
- Travels to other markets throughout the year to help with trade shows by providing client assistance in product purchases, hospitality needs and product knowledge inquiries.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field preferred.
- One or more years of sales and customer service experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required.
- Good computer skills with proficiency using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel; Syspro (ERP) experience preferred.
- Good time management and project management skills.
- Attention to detail and good work ethic.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a strong team environment with a professional and positive attitude.
