As a W2 Territory Representative for wholesale, you'll manage existing client needs while forging strong new relationships. You’ll drive high-value sales, expand your network, and thrive in the dynamic world of luxury furniture.

What You Do
- Prospects and builds a network for new business opportunities and referrals.
- Develop sales leads within territory and follows up as needed identifying decision-makers amongst the targeted leads to start sales process.
- Collaborates with Wholesale Leadership to determine essential strategic approaches for increasing sales.
- Negotiates sales deals with a 70% or greater closing rate.
- Attends sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts, reporting on market situation in assigned territory.
- Handles cancellations or changes in sales orders and communicates the changes to the related departments.
- Coordinates with customer service for status on orders from related departments to ensure timely delivery to clients.
- Keeps records of sales calls, contacts and meetings and reports regularly to VP of Wholesale Sales.
- Attends industry conferences to develop industry expertise and to build network as well as staying on top of industry trends.
What You Bring
- Four-year bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university preferred.
- Three to four years’ proven experience in sales, high end furniture or other home furnishing or luxury goods highly preferred; previous experience with Summer Classics and/or Gabby brands a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational skills and drive for results.
- Self-motivated and self-directed personality with exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to set and manage priorities and versed in cold-calling sales techniques.
- Demonstrated sales track record with high ratio of closing conversions.
- Clean motor vehicle record.
