Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000 (Expected Annual Compensation at plan)

We are looking for experienced, motivated sales professionals to join our amazing company. Our sales representatives have the opportunity to earn well into the six-figure range while enjoying being part of a great team. The sales representative position consists of analyzing customer needs for HVAC equipment, presenting a sales proposal, guiding the customer to a solution, and follow up with each customer to ensure their complete satisfaction.
No cold calling, all leads are set via our skilled lead coordinator. Knowledge of HVAC is not mandatory- we will train you, but prior In-Home Sales or Consultative Sales experience is a must!
Responsibilities:
- Strong needs-based sales skills and a passion for selling.
- Comfortable with presenting in-home.
- Ability to overcome technical and sales objections of prospective customers.
- Manage, follow-up and dismiss lost opportunities.
- Capture all sales data while in the home ensuring the job is sold correctly.
- Willing and able to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Strong relationship building skills, customer focused and disciplined.
- Previous experience with in-home sales or consultative sales.
- Great communication, presentation skills and the ability to follow a sales process.
- Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers is a must.
- Working knowledge of computer applications (proposals and dispatching is digital).
Qualifications:
- 2 Years In-home Sales Experience - HVAC sales a plus
- Commitment to always putting People First.
- A clean driving record
Schedule: Monday to Sunday as dictated by business needs
