GAC Services is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Customer Service Representative. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Call center experience is helpful.
Starting Pay: $17.00-$20.00
Shift: Between 7am - 7pm, 7 days a week
Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Schedule appointments for service or sales representatives to meet with prospective customers.
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
