Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher and Booking Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the final point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and assistance in navigating our services. Your expertise in logistics will be vital as you handle movement and rescheduling of our technicians jobs each day. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with setting up next services and arranging the schedule for the technicians to meet each customers needs.
- Utilize GPS to provide accurate information regarding timely services.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of both employee and customer interactions and transactions.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication regarding home service appointments and arrival times.
- Support fleet management activities by coordinating with drivers and management personnel.
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in Dispatching, preferably within the home services industry.
- Familiarity with Service Titan is required.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a drug/background screen.
